TFS High Flash Point Semi Synthetic Fluids
The latest revolution in thermal oil, TFS Magma Ultima and its Food Grade Sister TFS Thermaltrans FGS are superior quality heat transfer fluids for use in thermal oil systems operating with bulk temperatures up to 300 degrees centigrade.
Both Magma Ultima and Thermaltrans FGS have a very high original Closed Cup Flash Point in excess, when new, of over 260 degrees centigrade making for longer safer life.
The fluid has the very latest ground braking additive package giving it a very high levels of thermal stability and an enormous resistance to thermal degradation.
HTS Magma Extreme
HTS Magma Extreme from Thermal Fluid Solutions is a high quality liquid phase heat transfer oil for use in closed circulatory thermal fluid systems equipped with inerted expansion tanks and operating at bulk temperatures between –7°C and +315°C.
HTS Magma Extreme is based on highly refined paraffinic base oil and performance additives which give it excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal cracking.
HTS Magma Extreme can be used in both closed and open circulatory systems, though as with all mineral oils if operated in systems above 150°C nitrogen blanketing is highly recommended.
